Privacy policy

This policy explains what information LOONY COLLIDER (U) LTD (“we”) collects through our games, including Overload!, and what we do with it. If you have any questions, email us at loonycollider@gmail.com.

What the game keeps on your phone

Your progress (coins, vehicles, missions, settings and the like) is saved on your own phone. We don’t ask you to make an account, and we don’t ask for your name, email address or phone number to play.

The game may download updated game settings (such as prices and events) from the internet. This doesn’t send any information about you.

Advertising

Our games may show ads, including ads you choose to watch for a reward. Ads are provided by advertising partners (such as Google AdMob or Unity Ads), who may collect information such as your device’s advertising ID, IP address and how you interact with ads, to show ads and measure them. Where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent first, and you can change your choice in the game’s settings. You can also reset or limit your advertising ID in your phone’s settings.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Google Play (or the Apple App Store). We don’t receive your card or payment details. We only learn which item was bought, so we can give it to you.

Analytics and crash reports

To fix problems and improve our games, we may use services such as Google Firebase to collect crash reports and anonymous information about how the game is played (for example, which levels players finish). This doesn’t include your name or contact details.

Cloud save

If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games (or Game Center), your progress can be saved to your account so you can keep it on a new phone. That save is kept by Google (or Apple) under their own privacy policies.

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Deleting your information

You can erase everything the game keeps on your phone with DELETE MY ACCOUNT in the game’s settings, or by uninstalling it. For anything else, email loonycollider@gmail.com and we’ll help.

Changes

We’ll update this page when our games change how they use information, and show the date at the top.
